Custom orders and preorders take 1-2 weeks, this does not include non-business days. Immediate ship items will ship in 1-3 business days. Please contact us at kelseablairebtq@gmail.com if you have an immediate deadline to receive your items and we will do our best to accommodate. 

​Local Pickup: When choosing local pickup option, you must be willing to come to Acworth, GA. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is available for pickup. Please confirm 24 hours ahead of your desired pickup time, otherwise your item may not be left out for you to pickup.

 Returns

At Kelsea Blaire Boutique custom items and clearance items are final sale. Immediate ship and preorder items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving your item.

You will not receive store credit or a replacement item until we receive your item in the mail. You must also pay for the shipping charges as well.

DAMAGES

 If your item is damaged, please reach out to us within 1-3 days of receiving your item with  picture, item description, and your order number at kelseablairebtq@gmail.com. If you contact us after that time frame, there is nothing we can do. 

After reaching out to us and receiving confirmation on how to move forward, the item must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the item.

 We will send you a shipping label with instructions if we find the damage is at our fault. This does not include the customer failing to follow the washing instructions.

 

Care Instructions

SUBLIMATION AND VINYL SHIRTS

  • PATCHES: HANDWASH PREFERRED, but you can wash on delicate, inside out,  and hang to dry and the patch is expected to last 25 washes in the washer, but they should last more then that if taken care of.

  • Wash with cold water inside out on delicate/hand wash setting. 

  • Vinyled shirts should be layed flat or hung to dry. I recommend the same for sublimation for longevity.

  • Do not iron directly on a sublimation design or vinyl design, if ironing is needed, you may iron around the design. For vinyl, you can take parchment paper or a towel and iron over it on a low setting OR iron the shirts inside out. 

  • Do not dry clean.

   TIE DYE SHIRTS

  • Wash with cold water on a delicate/hand wash setting and hang to dry.

  • ON FIRST WASH, wash alone in case of possible bleeding during first wash.

 CANDLES

Candle Care:
Burn candle until it is liquid all the way across every single time. Only burn for 1-4 hours at a time. Trim the wick before lighting each time. 
How to clean glass when candle is done:
Pour boiling water into glass. let hot water melt residual wax and pour out. Repeat as neccessary until wax is gone. Remove wick from bottom of glass. Rinse and clean glass with soap and hot water.
